And here we go. . .

So is everybody ready?!? Or least the people who are not big fat chickens. Post your starting weight, goal weight, goal date, and how the heck are ya gonna get there from here. Maybe a short-term non-number goal, like fitting into a certain outfit or accomplishing a certain exercise feat. Whatever.

Goal weight 130

Goal date March 1 (my 35th b-day)

I'm doing WW, walking, and not eating in my van~this one is HUGE for me as I'm a drive-thru french fry addict. I will only eat fast food sitting down inside where I can have a salad or baked tater or chix sandwich.

Short term goal is to fit into my pre-Greta jeans by October 1. Can get them on and half zipped.

Goal Date: Thanksgiving 2006

I'm doing WW and am working out 6 days each week... M/W/F climbing the stairs at Swallow Cliff, T/TH/S doing BFL weight lifting. I am also drinking at least 64oz of water each day and my newest goal is to continue counting points over the weekend (big problem for me). I journal my success/failures at www.s-w-o.blogspot.com (I think thats the address).

My goal is to wear my pre-pregnancy clothes and to have someone call me "tiny" again by Christmas.

I'm in...but not posting my weight with to many short and tiny girls in...just say that my goal weight is Jen's starting weight.

Doug and I are de-toxifying(sp??) for three days and then smaller portions, 100 cal snacks and trying to get back to the gym...

I want to look as good as Laura! Or at least buy a pair of jeans in a size 12.

Lost in past 3 weeks: 4.5

I started 3 almost 4 weeks ago. I call it my change of life style diet! I hope to have the weight down by next summer but willing to wait till Christmas 2007 if I can keep it off! I am eating low fat, low calorie foods. And I am walking on the treadmill for exercise. Want to be up to 3 miles in 45 mins by the end of october! Making progress!

I think we should all train to do the 3 day walk in Chicago next summer. A friend of ours did it in Seattle last weekend and said it was awesome... Just a thought??? And possibly something to work toward.

You talking the BC 3Day? I'm all in for that. I actually signed up for in 2 years ago and found out I was preggers with Greta 2 weeks later!

Yeah, I've always been a chicken about anybody knowing my weight. I'll let ya know it when I get closer to my goal, okay? (My goal is 150 -- I know I'll be back in my size 9 jeans then!)
I'm watching my calorie intake, doing 30 minute workouts 3 days a week (pilates). I gave up pop (or should i say soda?) and am drinking lots more water!

OK, it took me a while to actually decide to commit to it, but here we go...

Dream weight 125 (what I weighed in high school and on the day I was married... but I want to be realistic!)

I actually started a while back, but I've hit a bit of a wall lately and I'm stress eating, so I've got to get back to it!
